/One of the areas identified for repair before the meet was the upperloop crossover and adjacent tracks. The new switches were double the size of the old ones, so some modifications to the track layout was needed. After many hours of work, the work crew was able to get the new track / switches installed. Several members stayed even longer that day to get the track ballasted and complete initial leveling.
